Thank you for shopping at Lobatus Gigas! Your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days. After ordering, you receive an email with details of your order. After your order is shipped, you get an email with more information about your package. 

Return policy 

Lobatus Gigas  has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund or exchange.

Any claim must be submitted via info@lobatusgigas.com  in 14 days following receiving of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.)

Please note: The cost of the return label is at your own expense.
