Lobatus Gigas was founded in 2023 by trend researcher and content creator Isabeau van Maastricht. 

"Jewellery has always been a big passion of mine. Making my own necklaces and collecting beads from all over the world is something I love to do! Another love of mine is the sea, and especially shells. Collecting shells, and making necklaces out of them. Wearing shell jewellery makes me feel like I'm on holiday!

A very naturel step for me was to start my own jewellery brand; Lobatus Gigas!"
